This First Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Additionally, you must be able to provide an address for the Grand Prize to be shipped that accept packages from Amazon.com and must not have won any sweepstakes prize from PC Analytics LLC within the prior 365 days of the sweepstakes end date.
Any activities or entries that result in non-compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines will be disqualified. Guidelines can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines
Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes sponsor is PC Analytics LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 4030 Wake Forest Road, Ste 349 Raleigh, NC 27609. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
This Sweepstakes begins on Aug. 14, 2024, 1:10 p.m. CT and ends on Sept. 30, 2024, 11:59 p.m. CT
During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page located on Sponsor’s website at pcanalytics.com/giveaways/id-first-giveaway/ and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube and you release YouTube from any liability related to this contest by entering into the contest. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to YouTube. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS. Additional entries per person per email address are granted for additional entry codes, which may be found in @PC_Analyics YouTube videos, PC Analytics’ discord, or PC Analytics Patreon. Entry codes can only be used once per person and may only be used once per person per email address among all sweepstakes offered by Sponsor. An entry code cannot be used for multiple sweepstakes and may be valid within 30 days of the Entry code’s public release. Entry codes may be discontinued or extended at any time for any reason. Entry codes communicated on online by anyone not associated with PC Analytics may result in all entries of that entry code being voided at the sole discretion of Sponsor. (i.e. don’t share/communicate entry codes on social-media/third-party-sites)
No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited. Only one email address may be used per person to enter Sweepstakes.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of: [1] Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO to be purchased from Amazon.com at approximate retail value. In the event that Grand prize is unavailable for purchase on Amazon.com at or less than the approximate retail value within 5 days of receiving address from winner, the Sponsor may at its sole discretion provide an Amazon gift card of the Grand Prize’s approximate value to the sweepstakes winner in lieu of the stated grand prize. Winner will be required to provide an address to the Sponsor for the shipment of the Grand Prize where the sweepstakes is valid as noted in Eligibility. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier.
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $50.0 USD. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded.
Address must be provided to the Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours after notified of winning via email, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about Oct. 5, 2024, noon at Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, obtained winner status using fraudulent means, or provides an address that is not serviceable by Amazon.com. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by email.
Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by email due to undeliverable email will result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Shipping address must be provided within seventy-two (72) hours of being notified of winning. If address is not provided within seventy-two (72) hours or if prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited.
During/after the drawing, your name and/or YouTube handle may be shared as the winner. However, any winner must accept winnings and provide additional information as noted above.
Prize will be sent to winner by U.S. mail within ten (10) days after winner has been notified, accepted the prize, and provided valid shipping address. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize that has been shipped or emailed will constitute the Sponsor’s fulfilled obligation to deliver the Grand Prize. In the event that product has been ordered but shipment is delayed by the third party fulfilling the grand prize shipment, you will hold Sponsor harmless. In the event of delayed shipment, Sponsor may at their sole discretion cancel shipment of product and provide an Amazon gift card of the approximate value in lieu of the grand prize product. Winner may request tracking id or confirmation of shipped product within 10 days and this information will be provided no later than 20 days after the winner accepts the grand prize and provides a valid address. Failure of Sponsor to provide shipping/tracking information provides no legal recourse for winner except where prohibited by law.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If anyone who undermines the integrity or stability of the sweepstakes or website, then this sweepstakes may be postponed or terminated to allow protective measures to be put in place to ensure integrity and stability in the sweepstake operations and PC Analytics website at the sole discretion of Sponsor. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected mass fraudulent submissions, DOS attacks, or any other methods that puts the website or sweepstakes operation and integrity in jeporady at the sole discretion the Sponsor.
Information collected may be used for marketing and other related business activities associated with PC Analytics LLC. In addition to the fields collected, we also collect IP addresses for each entry to preserve the integrity of the sweepstakes in case of fraudulent activity occurs.
By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time for any reason. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes.
YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Any information regarding the sweepstakes outside of this document do not alter, add to or detract from the rules of the Sweepstakes as noted within this document. Where any perceived conflict could arise, this document prevails regarding the rules of the Sweepstakes.
The name of winners is available only within 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes.
